Wally Nason - Composer
For the past decade, Wally Nason’s regional theatre productions, through Blue Gate Musicals, have been seen by over one million audience members. After years of rave reviews and standing ovations, Nason has developed several original musicals that are available for additional theatres, universities, and high schools. A Butcher, A Baker, An Amish Homemaker is his first offering that will premiere at Maples Repertory Theatre in Macon, Missouri this summer.
In addition to his stage works, Nason’s original monologues can be heard in professional theatre auditions around the country, and his self-penned songs have been recorded and performed worldwide in multiple languages. A song from one of Nason’s popular Christmas musicals will be featured on the 2021 Christmas project from the Gaither Vocal Band, one of gospel music’s most decorated and popular artists.
Nason’s writing and composing talents, along with his eye for new talent, have made him a sought-after consultant, clinician, and manager helping other actors, writers, and artists find success. He lives in Music City USA along with his wife, Lori, of almost 30 years and their three children – Brock, Harper, and Quinli. www.WallyNason.com
